Do you offer dairy free products? We have a little something for all chocolate lovers! We will be introducing some dairy free and sugar free options very soon so please check back for plenty of more delicious chocolatey treats!

Do you offer Kosher products? We are not yet Kosher certified, however all of our products are all natural/kosher.

STORE

What are your store hours?

Our Lower East Side shop is open 7 days a week. We are open Sunday – Wednesday from 12:00pm to 9:00pm and Thursday – Saturday from 12:00 to 10:00pm.

Where are you located?

Our LES Store is located at 254 Broome street between Orchard and Ludlow. The closest subway stations are F, J, M, and Z train at the Delancey/Essex stop, and the B/D train at Grand St.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we do have gift certificates that you can either purchase online by visiting our website www.tachechocolate.com or by calling our shop (212) 473-3200 during our store hours.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship anywhere in the world. For all international destination, we only ship with express delivery to ensure our delicate products are delivered in perfect condition.

How do you pack and ship your items?

Our products are packed using appropriate packaging which can include ice packs, weather-proof bubble wrap and foam. Shipping methods vary depending on delivery address and can be shipped ground, 2 day or overnight.

CUSTOM AND BULK ORDERS

Can you do a custom logo on your chocolates?

We have the ability to include your logo or image on our chocolates. Customization fees vary based on the amount of colors per logo and the number of logos to be customized. Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Do you offer wholesale or drop ship programs?

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refunds will be provided if cancellation is 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of class and will be credited back to the credit card you used to make the reservation. If you are withdrawing from a class less than 48 hours before, we will not be able to provide a refund - but all classes are transferable, so please feel free to send someone in your place.

If you are not feeling well or feel that you are contagious, please give your reservation to a friend.

FAQ

1. What should I wear if I'm taking a chocolate class?

Be prepared to make lots of chocolate Safety and comfort are a priority. Aprons and tools are provided. Closed toed shoes (preferably non-slip) are recommended.

2. What are your age policies for classes?

Kid’s classes are for children so please view class description for age appropriate recommendations with the exception of “Family” classes where adults are accompanying young children.

Our classes are intended for Children and Adults 3 years and above.. You must be 21 for any class that involves the serving or tasting of alcoholic beverages. ID’s will be needed.

3. What is your policy on food allergies and dietary restrictions?

The foods prepared in our classes will be varied and we may or may not be able to accommodate restrictive diets. If you have concerns please speak to the manager before reserving the class.

4. What happens if a class needs to be rescheduled?

On rare occasions, Tache will have to reschedule or cancel a class. In these situations, we will contact you directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund. Under all circumstances, we will do our best to transfer you to another day the class is given, or a similar class.

5. Are you going to take a photograph or video of me in class?

Unless you explicitly make a request to our management team not to be photographed, Tache has full consent to take photographs and videos while you are on our premises. Tache has full and unrestricted publishing and use rights of these photographs and videos.

6. Do you host private events or classes?
